If you decide to become a Platinum or Diamond Member yourself, you will also be able to access all services without any limitation, suck as:

  • Get a diamond icon
  • 24/7 support from a Social Lux counselor

You can upgrade to Platinum or Diamond membership now! You can choose from different plans. To upgrade your free membership to Platinum or Diamond membership, please visit the 'Membership' page when you login and choose your suitable subscription plan. Membership and payments

A free Standard Membership allows you to upload photos and create a profile with your personal information, search for members and follow members. Also other Standard Members and Platinum or Diamond members will be able to view your profile. You can receive messages from other members, however, you may not initiate online instant messages out to other members. That privilege is reserved for Platinum or Diamond Members. As a Standard Member you may also search profiles for free.

Your credit card statement will only contain the name of the payment processor. The name of the site (SOCIAL LUX LTD.) WILL NOT be listed.

All subscriptions are recurring. You can unsubscribe at any time.

As a Standard Member, you cannot initiate sending messages to others. To do so, you need to become a Platinum or Diamond Member.

As you can see, we have no ads or pop-ups on our site because we want our customers to have the best experience. Our income is mainly generated by the the Platinum and Diamond subscriptions, and this helps us invest in attracting new members and creating a better experience when using our services

Profile

If you don’t remember your email or password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the Member Login page.

We will send you a password reset link that allows you to reset your password within 24 hours. If you do not receive your reset link by Email check your Spam or Junk folder. Email providers can sometimes classify our messages as being 'spam'.

If, after following this steps, you are still unable to access your account, please contact Customer Support .

If you do not want to get notifications, you can turn then off by clicking on your photo on the right side of the navigation bar(on the top of the page), click on 'Edit Profile', then go to 'Settings'.

If you want to delete your profile, you can delete by clicking on your photo on the right side of the navigation bar (on the top of the page), click on 'Edit Profile', then go to 'Delete Profile'.

If you want to change your profile picture, you can change by clicking on your photo on the right side of the navigation bar (on the top of the page), click on 'My Profile', then go to 'Photos' choose a picture and in bottom click on 'Make Profile Photo'.
